Brian H. Song is a founder of Bhs Law. Mr. Song is a graduate of the U.C. Berkeley, class of 1993 with honors, where he studied Economics. Mr. Song studied law at the University of Maryland at Baltimore, graduating in 1996 with honors. Mr. Song then went on to study taxation at New York University in Manhattan, New York, in 1997-1998. Since then, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand, which later merged with PriceWaterhouse, where he was promoted to manager position in just 3 year, setting a then-record at the office. After the promotion was awarded, Mr. Song moved to Silicon Valley during the
height of ‘Dot.com’ era to join Gray Cary.
In late 2002, Mr. Song opened his own practice.
Admitted to practice in California courts, federal courts of Central and Northern Districts of California as well as Ninth Circuit Court.

Ms. Kang is an associate at Bhs Law where she practices litigation and corporate law. Prior to joining Bhs Law, Ms. Kang was a judicial intern to Honorable Justice Tom Parker of the Alabama Supreme Court where she assisted staff attorneys in preparing bench memoranda and opinions focused on criminal and commercial law. At Strickland, Agner & Associates, Ms. Kang handled cases in employment law and criminal law as a legal intern. Ms. Kang also had internship experience at the National Assembly of South Korea.
Ms. Kang graduated Cum Laude from Handong International Law School. She was Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Law Review where she oversaw editorial review of Regent Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy and Asian Yearbook of International Law. Ms. Kang also participated in numerous moot court competitions including Foreign Direct Investment Asia Regional Moot Court
and World Trade Organization Moot Court.
Ms. Kang is fluent in Korean and conversational in Chinese.

Ms. Bae is an associate at Bhs Law, LLP., where she practices litigation law. Over the years, she has provided legal services regarding nonimmigrant visa cases, including H, L, E, and O visas and various other immigration cases, including PERM.
Prior to joining Bhs Law, Ms. Bae worked for Asian Americans Advancing Justice in San Francisco, a non-profit organization representing Asian Americans’ legal rights. As a legal intern there, she represented clients in wage-and-hour claims and a wrongful discharge claim.
Ms. Bae graduated from Vermont Law School in 2011 and was licensed to practice law in the State of California in 2012. Additionally, she has a Master’s Degree in Management from Yonsei University in South Korea.

Narae Lee is a junior partner at Bhs Law, LLP, specializing in employment law and class action litigation. She skillfully guides businesses through complex wage and hour disputes, arbitration agreements, hiring and termination processes, and legal compliance. Her strategic approach also helps businesses proactively develop sound employment policies, procedures, and arbitration agreements. Before joining Bhs Law, she served as managing attorney for a Korea-based pharmaceutical company and its California subsidiary.
A passionate advocate for social justice, Ms. Lee founded a pro-boho legal clinic in Korea serving marginalized communities and previously lectured on the U.S. Constitution’s Bill of Rights at Handong Global University.
Ms. Han is an associate at Bhs Law where she practices immigration. Ms. Han graduated from Sogang University where she studied Business Administration. She received an academic scholarship when she was admitted to Sogang University and in her freshman year. Ms. Han graduated from Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law. She was an intern at the Tax Litigation Department of the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office where she assisted an attorney general in preparing memoranda and briefs. She researched tax litigation issues and attended administrative hearings. After the internship, Ms. Han worked at an immigration law firm, Law Offices of Youngsoo Choi, PC., while preparing for the bar examination. She was admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Washington DC. Ms. Han also worked at a foreclosure defense law firm,

Ms. Han worked at the accounting department of Anjin accounting firm in South Korea
and passed the California CPA exam.
Ms. Hwang received a scholarship for academic performance while studying law at Jeju University.
After graduating from Jeju University, she attended Handong International Law School, where she was an intern on research projects related to human rights and criminal law. She was honored with the HILS Alumni Award for representing exemplary law school life.
After graduating from Handong International Law School, she participated in founding Handong Arise Legal Clinic and worked as a researcher, providing free legal services to socially marginalized groups in legal blind spots.
While pursuing her Doctor of Law at Handong University, she received the BK21 scholarship for selected doctoral candidates from the government and conducted research on competition law and freedom of religion . She authored
a paper on these topics.
Since August 2023, she has been working at Bhs Law, researching cases related to competition law and participating in the labor law class action litigation team.
Ms. Kim is a paralegal at Bhs Law, LLP. She graduated Cum Laude from Handong Global University in 2020 and from Handong International Law School in 2023. She passed the Washington, D.C. bar exam in February 2024.
During her time at university and law school, she participated in various legal research projects as a Research Assistant focusing on comparative law in areas such as Korean Unification Law, U.S. Constitutional Amendments, and Criminal Law. She also interned at AILingGo and worked on translating the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
Since June 2022, she has been interning at Bhs Law, LLP, where she has diligently prepared for her career as a legal professional. Currently, she is responsible for assisting in the preparation of litigation and conducting legal research on labor law issues.
