Brian H. Song is a founder of Bhs Law. Mr. Song is a graduate of the U.C. Berkeley, class of 1993 with honors, where he studied Economics. Mr. Song studied law at the University of Maryland at Baltimore, graduating in 1996 with honors. Mr. Song then went on to study taxation at New York University in Manhattan, New York, in 1997-1998. Since then, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand, which later merged with PriceWaterhouse, where he was promoted to manager position in just 3 year, setting a then-record at the office. After the promotion was awarded, Mr. Song moved to Silicon Valley during the height of ‘Dot.com’ era to join Gray Cary.
In late 2002, Mr. Song opened his own practice.
Admitted to practice in California courts, federal courts of Central and Northern Districts of California as well as Ninth Circuit Court.
Ms. Im is an associate in the corporate team, where she supports corporate matters for clients in the artificial intelligence, emerging technology, and biotechnology industries. Her work includes drafting investment documents, assisting with corporate governance processes, reviewing contracts, and conducting due diligence. She has also supported the firm’s litigation team by conducting legal research and analyzing data in connection with wage and hour cases.
Ms. Im is admitted to practice in Washington D.C.
Ms. Cho focuses her practice in litigation, with particular experience in class actions involving labor and employment law. She handles complex wage and hour disputes and advises businesses on workforce management, dispute resolution strategies, and risk mitigation. Her practice also includes managing discovery in both California state and federal courts. Additionally, she has supported the firm's corporation team by reviewing contracts and assisting with corporate governance and compliance matters.
Before joining Bhs Law, Ms.Cho worked at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP as a legal intern. She assisted attorneys on U.S. litigation matters involving a multinational corporation. Her work included issues related to tort claims and personal jurisdiction.
Ms. Cho is admitted to practice in Washington D.C. and has passed the February 2025 California Bar Examination and is currently awaiting formal admission.
Ms. Kim is an associate at Bhs Law, LLP. She graduated Cum Laude from Handong Global University in 2020 and from Handong International Law School in 2023. She passed the Washington, D.C. bar exam in February 2024.
Since June 2022, during her time in law school and continuing thereafter, Ms. Kim has gained extensive hands-on experience by assisting in the preparation of litigation while working at Bhs Law. Her responsibilities have included legal research, drafting legal briefs, and contributing to litigation strategy discussions. She has developed particular expertise in labor law, conducting in-depth research and analysis on related issues.
Ms. Kim is admitted to practice in Washington D.C.
Ms. Lee focuses her practice on corporate governance and employment litigation. She supports corporations – particularly those with intellectual property assets –on regulatory compliance, cross-border operations, and transactional matters. Fluent in English and Korean, she effectively serves clients operating across U.S. and Korean markets, providing culturally and linguistically tailored legal counsel.
In her litigation practice, Ms. Lee concentrates on wage and hour disputes. She has worked for both employers and employees in state and federal court, including complex class actions matters.
Before joining Bhs Law LLP, Ms. Lee volunteered at a legal defense organization in California, assisting with a wrongful termination case, and gained experience as a legal intern at Somyoung, a Korean law firm, where she supported an international transaction.
Ms. Lee is admitted to practice in Washington D.C. and has passed the February 2025 California Bar Examination and is currently awaiting formal admission.
• Pomona College, B.A. Media Studies
Ms. Han is a paralegal and legal assistant at Bhs Law, LLP.
She assists both litigation and corporate lawyers by drafting and proofreading documents, organizing data, and handling various administrative tasks, among other things.
Ms. Han graduated from Pomona College with a Media Studies major and a Computer Science minor. During her time in college, she wrote for the campus newspaper and was a member of the school’s nationally ranked mock trial team.
After college, she worked in various industries, including tech and education, before joining Bhs Law, LLP
